Terms and conditions of the e-shop<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The range of terms and validity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1.1. The terms are valid between the person (hereinafter Customer) and the webpage www.kubija.ee (hereinafter Kubija Hotel & Nature Spa e-store) owner Pintmann Grupp O\u00dc (hereinafter Kubija Hotel & Nature Spa) for the legal relations while purchasing products and services via Kubija Hotel & Nature Spa e-store.
1.2. Purchasing services and products via Kubija Hotel & Nature Spa e-store there are legal acts of the Estonian Republic regulating the legal rights in addition to current terms and conditions.
1.3 The transactions made at the e-store must be made by a capable person at least 18 years of age. If the transaction is made by the person not according to the regulations, the person who\u2019s bank account or credit card is used will be responsible for the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Price<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2.1. All prices are in Euros and include the taxes regulated by the Estonian Republic.
2.2. The price of transportation may be added to the price according to the selected mean of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

3.1 The product selected by the customer from the e-store must be paid in the full amount. By making the payment, the customer will assure that he\/she has fully read and accepted the terms and conditions provided by the service provider of the e-store.
3.2 The amount shown in e-store can be made through the internet banks as well as Visa and MasterCard debit and credit payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Straight after completing the payment by bank transaction or card transaction, the customer must push the button \u201cback to the vendor\u201d in order to confirm the transaction.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cancelling the order and refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

4.1. All gift cards bought cannot be cancelled and the money will not be refunded. All gift cards have a unique product code and can be used as a payment method straight after the purchase.
4.2\u00a0 All gift cards are valid for 12 months after the purchase. After the validity period is over the gift car will become inactive and it cannot be returned or changed into a new gift card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confidentiality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

5.1 All personal information provided while making a purchase in the e-store are confidential and are treated by the requirements of the law of personal information. Kubija Hotel & Nature Spa does not give out personal information to third parties without the consent from the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miscellaneous<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

6. All complaints regarding the purchase from the e-store between the customer and Kubija Hotel & Nature Spa will be resolved by negotiations. In case of no agreement, the customer has the right to turn to Consumer Protection. In case of complaints and questions not brought out in current terms and conditions the legal acts of Estonian Republic will be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
