    Good Practice Principles

Our cosy spa and sauna centre is designed to make you forget your everyday worries and let you enjoy the saunas, the water and the wonderful nature around us. We have prepared these Good Practice Principles to make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable holiday.

    • By buying a ticket to the spa and sauna centre you confirm that your skills and health permit you to use our swimming pools and saunas, you are aware of the Good Practice Principles of the spa and sauna centre and you will adhere to these principles.
    • The spa and sauna centre of Kubija Hotel & Nature Spa is a unique and cosy sauna complex where clients are welcome and respected. We expect you to have similar respect for our staff and the other clients who have also come to enjoy the spa atmosphere.
    • Guests use the spa and sauna centre of their own volition and at their own risk. Children up to the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the spa and sauna centre.
    • You will certainly feel fresher if you wash yourself before going into the spa and sauna centre, and it will guarantee a clean environment for yourself and other guests.
    • Please follow the signs in the spa and sauna centre as well as the instructions given by staff to make sure that your spa holiday is safe and satisfying.
    • We value the time you and your loved ones spend together and have therefore created saunas used by men and women together. Everyone must wear swimming attire when visiting the spa and sauna centre. (Suitable attire includes a swimming costume or bikini for women and swimming trunks/boxer trunks for men. Shorts and board shorts are not suitable.)

    • Please walk in the spa and sauna centre so as to avoid slipping. For safety reasons, we advise you to wear rubber-soled spa flip-flops or spa slippers.
    • After being in the sauna, take a shower to rinse off any sweat. Everyone must wash themselves before using the swimming pool!
    • Please keep an eye on your children and their activities in the spa and sauna centre. Leaving them unsupervised may be dangerous for the children and it may also disturb other clients.
    • The centre is designed for relaxation and enjoyment – jumping into the pools and making a lot of noise are not considered acceptable behaviour.
    • Please leave your mobile phones in your locker or hotel room during your stay in the centre. Ringing phones may disturb you as well as the other guests who have come to enjoy the peace and quiet.
    • People who are impolite towards others, cause damage to the things around them, are drunk or intoxicated or fail to follow the centre’s Good Practice Principles are not allowed to be in the centre. Consumption of alcohol in the spa and sauna centre is forbidden! Please inform our staff of any inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour.
    • Please do not leave your locker key and valuables unattended. Kubija Hotel & Nature Spa (Pintmann Grupp OÜ) is not responsible for items left unattended.

We wish you and your loved ones a perfect holiday!
Enjoy! Every day, every hour, every minute.
